Key functions:
Provide Technical, Service Minded Hotline support to bike dealers in a confident, friendly manner.
Respond to end consumer calls for technical, general product support, and spare parts, topics.
Troubleshoot, and resolve technical or software-related issues using active listening and a positive attitude.
Make decisions on warranty per company guidelines.
Document calls/cases in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
To provide general customer service on different social media channels
Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
We offer the following conditions:
6 months contract through Adecco.
75% remote work, and 1 week per moth presential at office
BARCELONA/MADRID/VIGO/OURENSE. (SPAIN).
Monday to Friday schedule from 8h to 16h or 9h to 17h (39 hours per week)
Requisitos
Essencial: European ID Card (or NIE, TIE), Security Social Number and Bank account.
Fluency (c1 or native) in FRENCH Language and a C1 of English. Vacancy is open to British English native speakers too.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to follow phone etiquette and use of formal and polite language.
Able to handle stressful situations.
Teamwork spirit. Organized. Curious and hungry to learn more.
