Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative and multilingual Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will represent a hospitality industry leader connecting people worldwide to unique travel experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
Your Journey
- Provide professional, prompt, and friendly guest support by listening to guests and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations;
- Identify and troubleshoot the issues accordingly using available resources;
- Respond to inquiries and handle guest queries by telephone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc;
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
What Do You Bring To Your Trip
- Previous experience in contact center.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Problem-solving;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Multi-tasking;
- Flexible working different shift patterns and weekends;
- Spanish & English proficiency and a third language (Portuguese, Greek or French) - It's a plus.
- Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.
- Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic.
- Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes.
- Confident working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment.
