• Have experience as (Large Enterprise) Application Service Desk Agent using eBlox Payroll
• Easily make connections and have an analytical insight
• Speak fluently Dutch and English (and French as a nice to have)
• Be communicative, hands-on and customer-focused
• Be a true team player who is flexible and eager to learn

Which task can you expect?

• Providing functional support regarding the use of the various applications for pay & personnel management with an initial focus on "Other Applications" (all applications in addition to the main eBlox Payroll and eBlox HR products e.g. Application Loader, eDox, eBloxTransX, WebTransX, ...)
• Troubleshooting customers’ issues regarding the use, maintenance, and management of the different packages as well as login and authentication issues
• Advising and supporting the internal employees (payroll advisors)
• Efficiently supporting products & processes
• Documenting and reporting on problems
• In consultation with your colleagues, formulating your suggestions to internal analysts/specialists of the pay packages
• Drafting and maintaining general documentation
