Organizational Psychologist (Valencia, Remote – The Hague & Future Hubs)

Role Description: We are looking for an Organizational Psychologist to join our dynamic team, with a primary location in Valencia and flexibility to connect with our teams in The Hague via video conferencing. In the future, this role may expand to include new hubs as our organization grows. The Organizational Psychologist will serve as a trusted confidant, providing a safe space for all employees to discuss their mental health and wellbeing. This role is crucial in ensuring a healthy work environment where everyone feels supported.
As the go-to person for mental health, you will speak with team members regularly to safeguard their wellbeing, while also handling more structured responsibilities such as job analysis, developing training programs, applying psychology principles, and conducting psychological assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for mental health support for all employees, maintaining confidentiality and trust.
- Regularly connect with team members in Valencia, The Hague (virtually), and other hubs as they are established.
- Conduct job analyses and utilize analytical skills to optimize team performance.
- Develop and implement effective training and development programs.
- Apply psychological principles to improve organizational behavior and culture.
- Conduct psychological assessments when needed to enhance team dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Job Analysis and Analytical Skills.
- Experience in Training & Development and Organizational Behavior.
- Proficient knowledge of Psychology and Psychological Testing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a multi-hub environment.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology or a related field.
