To support our growth and expansion, we’re looking for a Revenue Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• 📈 Define and implement smart pricing strategies for desks, offices and meeting rooms.
• 🧩 Work daily in tools like OfficeRnD, Optix or Nexudus to manage pricing and availability.
• 📊 Analyze occupancy, churn, trends—and act fast.
• 💡 Launch deals, campaigns and pricing models yourself.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the sales, marketing and operations teams—but you own the execution.
• 🗺️ Know every corner, office and desk in our spaces—and use that data to drive performance.
  

• ✅ Commercial mindset + data-driven working style.
• 🛠️ Experience with coworking/property rental platforms.
• 🏢 Background in coworking, hospitality or real estate.
• 🙌 Proactive, practical, and hands-on.
• 🌞 Based in—or open to relocating to—Valencia, with excitement to support global growth.
