We’re on the hunt for a creative-minded recruiter to join Darkroom’s fast-growing team! As the third member of our recruitment squad, you’ll collaborate with the People Operations Manager and Senior Recruiter to attract top talent across Creative, Sales, Growth Marketing, Operations, and more.
We’re looking for someone with a deep background in creative recruitment—bonus points if you’ve been a designer yourself or are fluent in design systems and tools like Figma and After Effects. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our agency, driving the hiring process from job descriptions to offers, and making a real impact on the success of our team and clients.
Please note: This role is 100% in English. We’re only considering applicants with native-level English skills or professional proficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Recruitment Operations
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, with a primary focus on creative hiring (designers, editors, and other creative talent).
- Collaborate with the People Operations Manager and hiring managers to create recruitment briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans tailored to the needs of each department.
- Actively source, interview, and hire global candidates across departments such as Creative, Growth Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Sales.
- Leverage various sourcing channels—social media, job boards, headhunting, and referrals—to uncover high-quality talent.
- Maintain clear and open communication with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide candidates with insights into contract-based roles, tax implications, and onboarding within our global HR platform (Deel).
- Manage and maintain Darkroom’s ATS (Ashby) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting for all open roles.
- Assist in onboarding new hires into our global HR platform (Deel) and ensure smooth transitions into the team.
- Support the achievement of diversity goals, with a focus on addressing underutilization in key roles.
- Share insights and recommendations on recruiting strategies and best practices to optimize hiring outcomes.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on creative roles, or a background in design with demonstrated recruitment success.
- Previous experience hiring designers and creative professionals of all levels is required. Bonus points for candidates with direct design experience or expertise in design thinking systems and tools.
- Experience hiring for multidisciplinary roles across various departments, including Creative, Growth Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Operations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and/or marketing agency environments is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and HR/recruitment tools like Rippling andNotion
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a habit of triple-checking work.

What You Do
Working within the Global People & Culture team and reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture, in this role you will strategize, design and manage the implementation of the employer branding and talent acquisition strategies whilst ensuring the successful management of recruitment delivery globally for our growing organization.
As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with the wider People & Culture Leadership team, key business stakeholders and Global Executives to ensure that Allianz Partners has a best in class acquisition strategy, delivery and strong brand awareness in the market.
You will lead the global talent acquisition team (40+FTE) to evolve the recruitment strategy, strengthening the digitalisation, automation, centralisation and service delivery to meet the business current and future needs.
You will bring a strong commercial and transformation focus to the role to deliver on our growth strategy and meet business objectives, from specialized recruited enriched by active sourcing to high-volume hiring for support centre employees
Scope of responsibilities:
- Create and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports Allianz Partners business across 44 countries
- Work closely with business leaders and People & Culture business partners to understand the needs of the business and how to best find talent and create proactive pipelines
- Lead and develop a team of 40+ talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and coaching to support the success of the team
- Assure global consistency in the end-to-end recruitment process with increased levels of automation and digitalization to continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner with the DEI team to promote and integrate DEI initiatives in the hiring practices of employees at all levels
- Utilize data and analytics to create metrics and information to drive decision-making and make improvements to recruitment approach, while increasing steering capabilities to manage peak times whilst closely aligning with workforce management
- Think creatively about how to support workforce and succession plans in both the short and long-term. Build an infrastructure capable of adapting to change with the ability to shift strategies quickly when needed.
- Develop and execute an employment brand strategy in partnership with communications and/or marketing that communicates Allianz Partners culture, reputation and mission
- Bring best practices in talent acquisition and design a TA strategy that supports the P&C multi-year strategic plan
- Demonstrated success in implementing progressive talent acquisition strategies with success in building a strong and dynamic workforce
- Experience driving change in a global and matrixed business. Understands the nuances of building a tailored hiring strategy and employer brand across various geographies and business units
- Worked within a data and analytics-centric business; consistently uses all available metrics and information to drive decision-making
- Recruited highly specialized talent and volume hiring, in an incredibly competitive landscape and industry
- Experience with all aspects of a recruiting function for a globally distributed organization. Specific experience in companies with a strong presence globally is valuable
- Knowledge of social media and marketing and the impact on the company’s brand and recruiting strategies
- Success in hiring and developing a high-performing, service oriented and collaborative team
- At least 15 years of progressive TA or related human resources experience within a global leadership role, managing people across multiple locations, geographically dispersed
- Experience in leading and managing projects, bringing people through change and strong stakeholder engagement
- Strong ability to influence and show resilience navigating through demand and business requirements

What you will do:
This director will be tasked with leading and progressing strategic and commercial initiatives within the Client Solution platform, covering all elements of strategy and delivery of EDP's products and services globally.
While the duties of this role may change according to business needs, the typical primary responsibilities include:
- Define EDP's commercial strategy across products (e.g., renewable PPAs, solar DG, retail power) and geographies;
- Lead multi-geographical teams in the execution of strategic commercial projects (e.g., new product launch, channel performance assessment) in coordination with EDP's personnel in the Regions;

What are we looking for:
- Degree or master's in Management, engineering or others relevant to the role;
- Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in a fast-paced working environment (e.g., consulting, banking, PE) and/or stakeholder management C-level, purchasing departments and/or M&A/banking advisors...);
- Proven experience in small/medium team management either in a continuous or a project-basis structure;
- Client management skills in particular with senior stakeholders;
- Experience in the definition and negotiation of business models (strategic plans, budgets, profitability models, etc.);
- Advanced office user, knowledge, and use of Power Point for the creation of C-level presentations;
- English and Portuguese (preferred) working proficiency;
- Attention to detail, process-oriented, results-driven, proactive, and the ability to perform under pressure are critical competencies for this role.

Gestión del Proceso de Selección:

- Experiencia Profesional: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de recursos humanos, con un enfoque específico en procesos de selección y formación. Deseable experiencia previa en el sector de la cooperación o en entornos multiculturales.
- Habilidades Técnicas: Conocimiento profundo de técnicas de reclutamiento, evaluación de competencias y desarrollo de programas formativos. Competencia en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas y plataformas de gestión de recursos humanos.
- Idiomas: Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés, valorable el conocimiento de otros idiomas, especialmente en contextos internacionales.
- Competencias: Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, enfoque en la resolución de problemas, liderazgo y habilidades organizativas.
