En Inmobiliaria Núcleo estamos en busca de un creador de contenido/filmmaker y editor de vídeo freelance (podemos valorar la contratación). Buscamos material de calidad, así que si cuentas con una buena cámara, genial, pero si en su lugar dominas las grabaciones con un móvil de alta gama y sabes sacarle el máximo partido, también nos sirve😉. Lo importante es el resultado.
Este no es un trabajo puntual, sino que serás uno más de nuestro equipo. Cada mes llevaremos a cabo 7 u 8 jornadas de grabación en diferentes oficinas de la provincia de Alicante (Sant Joan, Mutxamel, Elche, Santa Pola, Alicante, etc.), para producir aproximadamente 80 vídeos de contenido variado:
- Tendencias y vídeos cortos para redes sociales.
- Grabaciones de viviendas.
- Contenido corporativo para mostrar el día a día en nuestras oficinas.
- Otras piezas audiovisuales para campañas digitales.
Después de cada sesión, vendrá la parte clave: la edición de los vídeos, que podrás gestionar con flexibilidad, siempre dentro de plazos razonables.
¿Qué necesitas para unirte al proyecto?
- Experiencia creando y editando contenido para redes sociales.
- Equipo de grabación y edición propio (lo dicho, si trabajas con un móvil de alta gama, genial).
- Disponibilidad para desplazarte por la provincia de Alicante.

Introduction to role
The ideal candidate will have experience leading development teams to deliver digital capabilities for websites, including front/back-end coding and integration with platforms across the enterprise. As the Software Development Sr. Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for the development team, working closely with digital engagement partners, upper management, and business customers. You will manage the development team´s workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure the successful completion of the company´s initiatives. Your role will involve managing multiple digital projects/initiatives across intersecting timelines, aligning with strategic business goals to enable future growth. You will be responsible for technical development and delivery of projects, driving process and web technology globally. Collaboration is key, as you will work to become a trusted partner to business and IT colleagues by providing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Accountabilities
• Oversee the overall development life cycle of solutions and manage complex projects with significant bottom-line impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, platform owners, and digital engagement partners to deliver a strategy and roadmap for web development and technologies.
• Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.

• Experience leading onshore, nearshore, and offshore development teams using DevSecOps best practices for digital development and delivery processes and procedures
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering digital assets (websites, databases, mobile apps, social add-ons, marketing automation connectivity) to support corporate, marketing, and commercial plans
• Experience working in a multi-disciplined, multi-functional matrix organization
• Estimation/sizing, Change Order/SOW contracting experience and be able to influence and negotiate successful outcomes in both technical and business arenas
• 2+ years of experience in IT management role (Leading people)
• Ability to travel up to 20% in foreign and domestic travel will be required for this role.
• The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. Desirable Skills/Experience
