Job Description:

Enfinity is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the European market, who will support the Procurement team in managing all administrative tasks related to the procurement of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:


In this position, the candidate will be responsible for:


  • Create and submit Purchase Orders, receiving inputs from Procurement team. Manage their approval, archive them in the digital archive of the projects and make a summary of all PO, to have a global view.
  • Execute the receipts of the PO.
  • Receive the invoices from suppliers, verify them, archive them in the digital archive of the projects and make a summary of all invoices, to have a global view
  • Control the payment of the invoices, collect the receipts of payments, archive them in the digital archive of the projects and make a summary of all payments, to have a global view
  • Manage the relationship with suppliers and other internal teams related to the above activities.
  • Support with bank accounts opening / closing and related documentation requests
  • Support with preparation of documentation / obligations to Lenders


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Administrative tasks within a high-demanding and dynamic department.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • English is a must.
