We are looking for a Senior Java Software developer to be part of a core project in the IT team:

Which are the requirements for this position?

- Over 5 years of experience in software development with Java and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns, such as SOLID principles.
- Experience with JVM, including troubleshooting memory allocation and performance issues.
- Experience with Spring and Hibernate ORM frameworks.
- Competent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good written and verbal skills in English and Spanish.
- Perseverance and skills to solve complex problems.
- Deep knowledge in one or more programming languages.
- Desire for continuous personal and professional development.

Which are the main tasks?

- Translate use cases and requirements into functional implementations. For example, develop an inventory management application from initial requirements to full implementation.
- Solve complex problems related to memory allocation and performance in JVM.
- Collaborate with the team to make informed technical decisions and support the understanding of complex technical aspects.
- Maintain a focus on code performance and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team and other departments, both in English and Spanish.
