The Global Campaign Coordination Lead will be a crucial part of the Global PMO team and will become the single source of truth for TCCC Global Campaigns. They will be responsible for coordinating the ingest of all Master Assets and communicating this to the global teams, as well as supporting the PMO team with ongoing projects. The successful candidate will be highly organized with superior problem-solving skills. They will have a passion for production and marketing and have a desire to learn.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Proactively informs Regional teams on available assets, timelines and upcoming Global campaigns
• Acts as a conduit between OU campaign leads working across various time zones
• Coordinates the ingest of global masters, QC and upload to the content library
• Supports Global Program team in all ongoing projects
• Communicates clearly with various stakeholders internally and externally (WPP agencies and TCCC)
• Supports on reporting functions
• Supports on tool roll-outs
