Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Madrid. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting a team 4 sales executives as well as developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving team sales targets. The role will also involve collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of supply chain and quality assurance processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in Spanish and English
