Descripción del puesto:
Se busca un/a Sales Manager con un perfil híbrido entre ventas consultivas y desarrollo de negocio en entornos digitales/SaaS, capaz de identificar oportunidades comerciales, generar nuevas cuentas y expandir la presencia de la empresa en el mercado.
El candidato/a ideal tendrá experiencia en la venta de soluciones tecnológicas B2B, una mentalidad orientada a resultados y la capacidad de estructurar y escalar un equipo de ventas alineado con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Desarrollo comercial: Identificar y captar nuevos clientes dentro de sectores estratégicos, impulsando la adopción de nuestras soluciones SaaS y de consultoría.
- Gestión del ciclo de ventas: Desde la prospección hasta el cierre, incluyendo negociación de contratos y desarrollo de relaciones a largo plazo con clientes clave.
- Colaboración interna: Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Marketing, Producto y Tecnología para adaptar la propuesta de valor a las necesidades del mercado.
- Estrategia y métricas: Definir objetivos comerciales, implementar estrategias de ventas y analizar el rendimiento con KPIs como MRR, tasa de conversión y LTV.
- Gestión de cuentas estratégicas: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes clave, asegurando la retención y el crecimiento de ingresos.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia: +5 años en ventas B2B en sectores de tecnología, SaaS, marketing digital o consultoría de rendimiento comercial.
- Habilidades en ventas consultivas: Capacidad para entender los problemas del cliente y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas con impacto medible.
- Conocimiento en marketing digital y performance: Familiaridad con modelos de adquisición de leads, customer journey y optimización de conversiones.
- Mentalidad analítica y estratégica: Capacidad para interpretar datos y métricas de ventas para la toma de decisiones.
- Habilidades de negociación y comunicación: Dominio en la gestión de procesos de venta complejos y trato con decision-makers.
- Proactividad y autonomía: Perfil orientado a resultados, con alta capacidad de autoorganización y toma de decisiones.
Se valorará:
- Experiencia en la venta de productos SaaS con modelo de suscripción.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Red de contactos en sectores clave como telecomunicaciones, banca, seguros o retail.
- Inglés profesional.

We're seeking a driven sales individual to contribute our fresh fruit and vegetable (F&V) go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, encompassing product selection, supplier and customer identification, and sales channel development, leveraging our unique strengths.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for fresh F&V.
- Achieve an individual fresh target gross profit margin (GPM).
- Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers and customers.
- Drive initial sales and close key business deals.
- Serve as a point of contact for platform development.
- Develop and implement claims management policies and procedures.
Experience and Requirements needed to be successful in this role:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in fresh produce trading within Spain (buying and selling). Experience internationally is a huge plus.
- Demonstrated ability and/or willingness to sell and promote digital platforms in addition to fresh produce.
- Track record of new business development and acquiring new customers.
- Deep understanding of the fresh produce industry, including market trends, suppliers, and customers.
- A driving licence and use of a car (all expenses reimbursed).
- Ideally you are based in Valencia, however we are open to other locations in Spain.
