YOUR CHALLENGE
* Senior OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator to provide developments and 3rd Level support to our platform
* Maintain the platform and its infrastructure
* Provide 3rd level support
* Be the primary contact for:
* Platform Owner
* BJB Technical Issues and OpenText
* Internal development requests from stakeholders
* Develop stories for our Platform and, as well, Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Telecom Teams
* Write test cases
* Track Release status together with Release Management
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
* Strong background in software engineering
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
* Proficient in spoken and written English, Spanish and German is a plus
