Here's What We Are Looking For
⚙️ Proven leadership experience in Sales management. Ability to manage direct reports.
⚙️ Track record of implementing projects.
⚙️ A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change.
⚙️Strong commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
⚙️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⚙️ Passion for sustainability and community engagement.
⚙️Experience in capitalized financed sales.
⚙️ Candidates with experience as Sales Management within a Material Handling / plant / equipment hire, ME Engineering contracting, or transport / logistics background would be preferred, however, candidates with the relevant Sales Manager experience from any background will be considered.
