The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will help the team craft engaging experiences and demystify betting for newcomers. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Trading, to build a best-in-class strategy, optimize current journeys, and launch new features. You will also work closely with your Design peers to ensure CX consistency and alignment to company goals.

• Teamwork & Communication You are mastering the ability to communicate complicated issues simply. You give timely and accurate feedback to team members and proactively identify team problems and suggest solutions.
• Planning You establish the leading indicators that will move your product line's KRs. You are able to plan release cycles and your estimates are accurate enough based on iterative learning. You manage both roadmap and backlog work without compromising delivery and quality. You can change direction quickly based on shifting company needs.
• Vision & Strategy You understand, review and collaborate in metrics about your product domain, and clearly know the mission and vision of it.
• Business & Market You have a deep knowledge of the entire domain as well as of the business behind it. This includes how the product is marketed, how it is sold, how it generates revenue, what are the various costs, the privacy and security considerations, and ethical considerations.
  
  
  
  

• Autonomy You manage to balance being highly strategic and highly operational, overseeing more complexity within your product line. You understand your product line's holistic user experience and are fully capable of taking substantial features from concept to shipping. Your work doesn't necessarily need to be reviewed, but a general approach may be.
