ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

At Launchmetrics, Data is at the heart of our mission to empower brands and shape the future of the Fashion, Lifestyle, and Beauty (FLB) industries.. As the Data Marketing Intern, you will sit within the global Marketing team, reporting to the Data Marketing Coordinator, and be working with various departments (PR, Business Marketing, data back end, data intelligence, tech) on innovative data projects that contribute to Launchmetrics’ greater awareness and positioning, as the indisputable category leader for all FLB companies across the globe, helping to translate data into compelling narratives.

What you’ll do:

• Support Marketing team data needs and be responsible for scoping projects, researching topics and leveraging our user-friendly platforms and datasets directly to uncover valuable insights

• Identify trends and patterns in datasets

• Understand industry events, marketing and communication strategies deliver relevant, up to date findings

• Work closely with the data and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance processes and communicate methodology updates to the greater marketing team

• Support the Marketing team on ad hoc internal reportings and projects

ABOUT YOU

• Proven ability in data analysis and visualization and/or data monitoring & analysis

• Ability to deliver thorough, quality results within tight deadlines

• Comfortable working with team members across different roles and levels

• Critical thinker with strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable and organized, with strong attention to detail.

• A proactive learner, problem solver and creative thinker

• Skilled in Excel, Powerpoint and Google Workspace

• Strong English proficiency - both written and oral

ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM

We are a global and highly diverse team – distributed in six different countries, with multiple nationalities and varied expertise – and we always work collaboratively to understand each other in a "glocal" way to achieve the best results as one team. The Marketing team works daily on the ideation, production and distribution of campaigns to attract Launchmetrics' target audience.
