HR Business Partner

YOUR CHALLENGES

As an HR Business Partner, you are the go-to person for employees spread over our 4 offices in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Alicante, and Valencia) regarding all types of HR matters. You will work at our office in Valencia and will play a pivotal role as the central point of contact for our employees to ensure their satisfaction, development, and performance. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing communication with our external advisor, addressing employee inquiries, and supporting various HR projects both within the office and those introduced by the group, such as the implementation of an online HR platform.

A part of your role will be maintaining accurate employee records, which includes updating and managing personnel files, processing HR-related documents, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will be responsible for keeping our records up to date.

You will assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.

Additionally, you will help with drafting internal communications, organizing events, coordinating learning and development initiatives to foster continuous professional growth, and keep track of the overall well-being of our employees.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

We seek someone with a master’s degree or equivalent level of thinking. Prior experience in HR is a plus. Professional proficiency in English is essential, and Spanish should be your native language. Additionally, proficiency in various software programs like MS Office and HR-specific systems is also a plus. You're a team player with an optimistic outlook. In this role, you'll have lots of chances to learn and grow across all areas of HR, such as payroll, compensation & benefits, personnel management, talent development, recruitment and selection, and HR policies.
