🚀 Niche Beauty Lab is a fast-growing beauty company that develops and markets innovative beauty products with a strong international presence. We are looking for an Account Management & Operations Specialist – B2B to join our dynamic team and support the daily operations of our global sales department.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the organizational and administrative side of B2B account management—working closely with clients, preparing and processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between our internal teams and international partners.

As a key part of the team, your focus will be on:

Managing B2B client accounts and providing top-level support.

Handling administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing, and shipping coordination using our NetSuite ERP system.

Working closely with the warehouse and logistics partners to make sure orders are prepared and delivered on time.

💬 Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work daily with internal teams (mainly in Spanish) and international B2B clients (primarily in English). Additional languages are always a plus!

Key Responsibilities


📦 Operations & Account Management


  • Process and manage B2B orders using our NetSuite ERP system.
  • Prepare invoices and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and smooth processing.
  • Coordinate daily with the warehouse and logistics partners to organize shipments.
  • Communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery updates, and documentation.
  • Support B2B partners (retailers, pharmacies, clinics, etc.) by managing their accounts and making sure they receive the best service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, R&D, Planning, and Marketing) to align on order handling and client needs.


💡 Learning & Growth


  • Gain insight into the cosmetics industry and B2B business operations.
  • Learn how an international beauty brand manages clients and logistics in over 40 countries.
  • Participate in projects that help improve internal processes and client satisfaction.


What We're Looking For


✔️ Education: Background in Business, Economics, Administration, or a related field.

✔️ Interest in Operations & Account Management: A passion for supporting clients and managing processes.

✔️ Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable working internally in Spanish and externally in English. Other languages are a plus.

✔️ Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to handle multiple accounts and keep processes running smoothly.

✔️ Agility & Quick Thinking: Able to solve problems and adapt to daily challenges.

✔️ Eager to Learn: Looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited to grow within the company.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.

✔️ Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and logistics processes is a plus.


🎁 What We Offer


Permanent full-time contract.

Annual gross salary of 20,000-22,000 EUR.

Work schedule:

  • Mon-Thu: 8:00-17:00h, Fri: 8:00-14:00h
  • Summer schedule: Mon-Fri: 7:00-15:00h
