As a Customer Operations you will have 3 principal elements in your learning path: Customer Success Management, Technical Solutions and Customer Experience. In other words, you will help our customers to be successful and achieve their goals by using our software platform. You’ll be able to understand the client’s needs, and requirements, and to find solutions in a quick and efficient way.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, active relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide solutions on top of the OPINATOR platform to meet our client’s needs.
- Train our clients on how to use the tool and make it cost-effective.
- Follow up with the client once he is using the tool.
- Owning overall customer strategy development and execution including both external and internal communications.
Competencies:
- Bachelor Degree or higher education.
- Previous proven experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Social, analytical, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese will be of advantage.
- Experience working with software platforms and digital technology will be of advantage.
- Social abilities, you like to work in a multicultural global team. You like travelling abroad, new experiences and learn from other cultures.
