Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction
• Educate customers on products and services while addressing their needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating the database as necessary
• Work collaboratively within the team to enhance service delivery and improve customer engagement
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
