- Backup and Restore: Proficiency with RMAN for backup and restoration.
- Database Upgrades: Ability to perform upgrades using RMAN duplication.
- Incident and Change Management: Experience with ServiceNow for managing incidents and changes.
- Automation: Knowledge of Ansible for task execution.
- Monitoring: Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring.
- Database Administration: Experience with Oracle Database versions 12 through 19, including user management, roles, profiles, tablespaces, and performance monitoring.
- NetApp Experience: Basic knowledge acquired through work with UNICC.
- Linux Scripting: Familiarity with scripting in Linux to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Data Guard Knowledge: Understanding of Data Guard for data protection and high availability.
