El equipo de Finanzas es una parte fuerte y creciente de la empresa. Buscamos a una persona que pueda apoyarnos y desafiarnos en nuestro viaje para llevar las finanzas al siguiente nivel.
El Contable Financiero Junior trabajará dentro del equipo de Control Financiero y Reporting, reportando directamente a uno de los Controllers Financieros.
El equipo de Finanzas es responsable de mantener los registros contables adecuados tanto a nivel local como a nivel de Grupo, incluyendo la presentación de informes internos y externos IFRS y GAAP locales, así como la presentación de informes a la sociedad matriz, Banco Santander. El puesto incluirá el establecimiento y la mejora de medidas de control y la identificación de oportunidades para que Ebury sea más eficiente y eficaz.
Tu papel será decisivo a la hora de ofrecer un marco de control financiero eficiente y eficaz en todas nuestras operaciones globales. El equipo de Finanzas es un equipo centrado en el comercio y en la colaboración empresarial, en el que trabajará con los principales responsables de control empresarial de toda la organización.
Se trata de un puesto que requiere autonomía y atención al detalle.
Responsabilidades
- Responsable de la presentación de informes sobre diversos calendarios y anexos a la empresa matriz y de garantizar que toda la información sea exacta y cuente con el respaldo adecuado
- Identificar oportunidades para la automatización de los informes y trabajar con el equipo de tecnología para crear estas mejoras
- Preparar y presentar informes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales sobre el rendimiento financiero, incluyendo análisis de variaciones y comentarios sobre el rendimiento del negocio y cualquier tendencia inusual.
- Contabilidad y auditoría:
- Gestionar las auditorías de las filiales, incluida la coordinación de todas las solicitudes de los auditores y el cumplimiento de los plazos.
- Participar en las funciones contables, realizando los cálculos y las anotaciones como parte del cierre de fin de mes.
- Desarrollar y mantener hojas de cálculo Excel complejas
- Participar en proyectos de automatización para convertir tareas manuales en tareas basadas en sistemas.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de una cultura de propiedad y responsabilidad para identificar e iniciar cambios que mejoren los procesos, controles y sistemas.
- Colaborar de forma proactiva con todas las áreas funcionales de las operaciones globales de Ebury y con las partes externas, realizando una revisión analítica de los procesos, asegurándose de que se aplican los controles adecuados y asesorando sobre mejoras y eficiencias para proporcionar informes puntuales a las partes externas.
- El candidato seleccionado deberá demostrar capacidad de adaptación a un entorno cambiante, así como pensamiento crítico y sólidas dotes de comunicación. El candidato deberá colaborar eficazmente y emplear prácticas innovadoras para aumentar la eficiencia tanto en las finanzas como en toda la empresa.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Excel y análisis de datos
- Conocimiento de las IFRS
- Dominio del inglés y el español
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de toma de decisiones y de resolución de problemas.
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con grandes cantidades de datos sin comprometer la precisión.
- Deseo de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y gestionar múltiples proyectos con plazos ajustados.
- Se valorará la experiencia internacional, como estudios en el extranjero o programas Erasmus.

The Role:
The Trade Engine Engineering team at Ebury is seeking an experienced Software Engineer. As part of our diverse team spread across South America and Europe, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the development and optimisation of our multi-currency accounting system and exchange of foreign currencies. You´ll be required to make significant contributions to our platform as we continually aim to bring it to the next level and deliver the best FX experience for our clients and operational teams.

- You are adept at both constructing and managing services. As such, you should have proficiency in establishing standard APIs, incorporating monitoring systems and alerting services, along with a strong expertise in integrating external systems.
- You are not afraid of legacy code, being able to keep it running and make improvement proposals once you are comfortable with the workflows, so that we can reduce our technical debt backlog.
- Quality is important to us, we expect your code to be testable and well covered with unit and integration tests. We use CI Jenkins pipelines and terraform for the deployment of services and infrastructure. From time to time, you might need to contribute to it.
