Responsibilities
Guerbet is a research-centered pharmaceutical company based in France that is one of the major players in the contrast agents business. We offer a comprehensive range of medical imaging products for CT & Cath Lab examinations, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional Radiology and Theranostics (IRT), just as a range of Imaging Solutions and Services. Main responsibilities:
Sales
- Achieves sales results in the geographic area assigned (regions: Levante Norte comprising of Barcelona and periphery, Galicia, Basque Country, Asturias, Valencia, Balearic Islands)
- Follows bids and tenders in the territory in conjunction with the Customer Service dept
- Negotiates with identified private groups even outside of the assigned territory
- Attends congresses and events
- Manages a team of agents and KAM (Key Account Manager)
- Assigns sales objectives and monitors sales results through reports and analysis
- Coaches the team to improve performance
- Spends time in the field together with the team
- Establishes and maintains constant business relations in his territory with:
Requirements
- Knowledge of procedures related to public tenders, competence in radiology and healthcare market, use of pc for reporting and sales analysis
- Experience in sales to public and private centers
- Full working proficiency in Spanish language
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Levante Norte)
