We are looking for Machine Learning Engineer. If you have a proficient background in information technology with a specific focus on ML related to Data Science/Engineering and you´re passionate about mobility and traffic data in this field, apply for the role and grow with us!
Your Responsibilities
- You design and build ML services to power our data products enabling data-driven decisions to improve traffic safety and prediction accuracy
- You develop, train and test ML models to perform information retrieval and forecast analysis for mobility and traffic data domain
- Using large data-sets to develop algorithms capable of learning and eventually making predictions
- Analyzing use cases of ML algorithms, ranking by success probability and applying the outcome to support business decisions
- Enriching existing ML frameworks and libraries
- You productize training models and package them into independent software services
- You continuously improve deployed models by applying state-of-the-art techniques as well as code and data set quality, you are automating what is not
- Contribution to software development in close collaboration with the team
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related (we will also consider equivalent practical experience)
- Experience in product development of ML related products and solutions
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, proficient in math and statistics
- Proficient experience with programming languages and data tools
- Hands-on with Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, model/code-testing
- Experience in building up machine learning train and release pipelines
- Analytical mindset and solution driven personality
- You practice and live the agile mindset
- Good oral and written English
- Knowledge of time series and geo-data
- Experience with Tensorflow, Keras, R, Jupyter
- Knowledge of data version control and ML-metadata
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools

The Role
As a DevOps Engineer at Kapsch, you will be responsible for providing ongoing build and deployment support for the DYNAC product, which is a high-performance integrated software suite deployed at virtual transportation facilities around the world. Built on open architecture and incorporating an extensive use of open source software, DYNAC includes integrated bridge, tunnel and life safety management solutions, power management capabilities, and integrated SCADA.
In this role, you will help develop and institute an automated and repeatable CI/CD framework for our software suite. We are looking for innovative thinkers who can architect creative solutions and also identify opportunities for new tools, processes, and systems. You will also bring a fresh perspective on how SDLC should be done from test-driven deployment to CI/CD deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable Kubernetes infrastructure
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and deploy them on Kubernetes
- Optimize Kubernetes cluster performance, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness
- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for Kubernetes environments
- Ensure the security of Kubernetes clusters by following best practices and implementing security controls
- Automate Kubernetes deployment and management processes using infrastructure as code tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes infrastructure and deployments
- Stay up-to-date with Kubernetes ecosystem developments and propose improvements
- Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, like pods, services, deployments, and stateful sets.
- Experience with container runtimes like Docker and containerd.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes networking, including CNI plugins, ingress controllers, and service meshes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, such as Helm, Kustomize, or Terraform.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with extensive expertise in .NET to join our dynamic international team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing scalable and robust applications, with a strong focus on microservices architecture. Knowledge of Rust and C++ is highly valued, as it will help in implementing performance-critical services within our system.
Key Responsibilities
