Your responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential issues
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction activities align with project specifications and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective cost tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure financial objectives are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors. As well as, communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Implement risk response plans and maintain a proactive approach to risk management
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality PV projects
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment and provide guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts as necessary
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports and generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience managing utility-scale photovoltaic projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction processes, and relevant regulations
- Excellent communicator, negotiator, and have good problem-solving skills
- Business fluency in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous

- You will prepare and manage RFP/RFQ and tenders for EPC/BOS/BOP scopes for renewable energy plants and electrical-interconnection infrastructure, coordinating with relevant teams for evaluating and selecting EPC subcontractors and service providers, ensuring all technical, regulatory, and logistical aspects are covered
- You will manage contract negotiation of construction and supply agreements as a key point of contract for subcontractors and consultants
- You will conduct technical and economic analyses of proposals from subcontractors and suppliers, including financial risk assessments, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements
- You will support technical due diligence for potential project acquisitions, working with engineering and finance teams to generate cost estimates and risk analyses for PV/Wind/BESS plants and grid interconnections
- You will create and keep updated capex-configuration tools and databases for renewable energy plants and electrical-interconnection infrastructure
- You will assist risks, manage audits and complaints, and create knowledge and lessons learned summaries to optimize procurement strategies
- You finished your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies
- You already have some first working experience in procurement management preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You are business fluent in English and Spanish, any additional languages are a plus
