Whale Maritime is dedicated to providing services to shipowners around clock, and to foresee any problems and complications before they arise.Your daily responsibilities:- Experience in supplier management and follow-up.

Communication/negotiation skills.- Analyze the different products and price quotations.- Support in the management of customs paperwork.- Be in constant communication with the commercial team about deliveries and their coordination.- Preparation of quotations.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineer.- Fluent in English.- You hold good analytical skills and able to monitor a high workload.- You are able to work in a dynamic environment.- Detail-oriented and disciplined within the operations area.- Advanced knowledge of ExcelBenefits:-We offer a trainee contract depending on your profile, qualifications, andlearning abilities.-Working hours from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30 p.M.-Colleagues and a team who share the same values as you.-Compensation fee during trainee period and the possibility for an indefinite work contract after traineeship.We are looking for the right candidate to start soonest.Please send your CV and resume soonest to ****** are looking forward to hear from you!
