Actuarial Data Scientist

MISIÓN

Desarrollar, implementar y monitorizar modelos analíticos avanzados que permitan optimizar la rentabilidad del Canal Digital, mediante segmentación de riesgo, modelos de LTV, análisis competitivo en agregadores y sistemas de pricing dinámico, integrando estas capacidades dentro del marco técnico del ramo.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

• Desarrollar modelos de segmentación avanzada y footprint digital.
• Modelizar siniestralidad esperada por segmento y simular impacto técnico.
• Construir y mantener el modelo LTV integrando prima, siniestralidad, CPA y persistencia.
• Desarrollar modelos de elasticidad precio y posicionamiento competitivo en agregadores.
• Diseñar motores de descuento dinámico por perfil de cliente.
• Construir modelos financieros por cohorte (P&L, VNB, sensibilidades).
• Automatizar reporting técnico y monitorización de alertas tempranas.
• Coordinar con Tecnología y Data para la productivización de modelos.

REQUISITOS

Experiencia requerida:

• 4–7 años en modelización avanzada aplicada a negocio.
• Experiencia en Machine Learning supervisado y no supervisado.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de modelos financieros o actuariales.
• Valorable experiencia en sector asegurador.

Conocimientos Requeridos:

• Grado en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Actuariales o similar.
• Valorable máster en Data Science o Analytics.
• Python avanzado (pandas, scikit-learn u otras librerías de ML).
• SQL.
• Modelización estadística avanzada, experiencia en software actuarial (Akur8, Radar….)
• Técnicas de experimentación (A/B testing, causal inference).
• Herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau o similar).

En este momento, buscamos un/a Científico/a de Datos – Azure Data Factory y Databricks, con al menos 2 años de experiencia en entornos tecnológicos y de datos. Buscamos un perfil técnico-operativo, con capacidad para analizar y resolver incidencias, trabajar con datos y coordinarse con diferentes equipos técnicos y funcionales para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos de integración, ingesta y tratamiento de datos.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en entornos tecnológicos relacionados con datos o soporte de aplicaciones.
• Conocimientos de Azure Data Factory y Databricks.
• Conocimientos de SQL, Python y Spark/PySpark.
• Experiencia con Azure DevOps y herramientas de gestión de tickets.

Entre tus funciones:

• Ejecutar y monitorizar pipelines y procesos de ingesta en Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Realizar el seguimiento de jobs y notebooks en Databricks, analizando errores e incidencias.
• Consultar y validar datos mediante SQL, identificando inconsistencias y problemas de carga.
• Analizar procesos de tratamiento de datos con Python/PySpark.
• Gestionar y realizar el seguimiento de incidencias, peticiones y cambios mediante herramientas de ticketing.
• Utilizar Azure DevOps para el seguimiento de desarrollos, repositorios, ramas y tareas.
• Realizar pruebas de APIs mediante herramientas como Postman.
• Documentar incidencias y coordinarse con los equipos implicados para su resolución.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust Python-based applications for financial data analysis, transformation, enrichment and automation.

Experience / Competences

Essential

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or another quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience developing production-grade Python applications within a data science, machine learning or quantitative analytics environment.
• Demonstrated software engineering fundamentals including object-oriented programming, modular design patterns and version control.
• Experience building and deploying analytical, machine learning or AI-driven solutions in a commercial environment.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large-scale datasets.
• Experience working with modern data and engineering platforms such as Snowflake, Airflow, Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing or integrating Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM) or machine learning solutions.
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud-based architectures and services, particularly within AWS environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
