EL IMPACTO QUE GENERARÁS

Formarás parte del equipo de Simplificación diseñando y desarrollando soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial (especialmente modelos generativos para triajes, clasificación y extracción de información (OCRs inteligentes) que ayuden a simplificar procesos, mejorar la eficiencia operativa y facilitar la interacción entre negocio y tecnología.

Actuarás como puente entre negocio y tecnología, traduciendo necesidades funcionales en soluciones de IA prácticas. Este rol no se centra únicamente en modelado avanzado, sino en hacer que la IA sea útil, usable y adoptable por el negocio, convirtiéndose en una figura clave para la transformación y simplificación del banco mediante IA.

En este puesto, tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

• Diseñar y optimizar prompts con modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) para diferentes casos de uso de negocio (asistentes internos, automatización documental (OCR inteligente), soporte a decisiones (triaje y extracción de información desde documentos, fichas y correos electrónicos), etc.).
• Prototipar y validar casos de uso con IA de forma ágil (POCs, pilotos).
• Implementar lógica de clasificación, categorización y extracción estructurada de información relevante para procesos de negocio.
• Evaluar el rendimiento, calidad y riesgos de las soluciones (precisión, recall, coherencia semántica, sesgos, explicabilidad, cumplimiento) y proponer mejoras continuas.
• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de negocio, operaciones y tecnología para traducir requisitos funcionales en soluciones técnicas basadas en IA.
• Participar en la industrialización y despliegue de soluciones en entornos productivos.
• Documentar casos de uso, prompts, buenas prácticas, decisiones técnicas y criterios de evaluación para garantizar la mantenibilidad y escalabilidad de las soluciones.
• Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias en IA generativa y su aplicación en banca.

Lo más importante es que tengas un interés real en desarrollar tu carrera como Data Scientist.

Este programa va a exigir de ti un esfuerzo importante. Es imprescindible que seas estudiante de último curso de Grado o recién graduado en Matemáticas, Estadística, Informática, Física o Telecomunicaciones. Si ya posees alguna formación de posgrado en este ámbito, por supuesto que también será valorada.

Se requerirá, además, un nivel de inglés de al menos B2.
