QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Front-End Squad Lead, serás el responsable del diseño técnico de soluciones sobre una plataforma para clientes y empleados de CIB. Adicionalmente debe participar proactivamente en el desarrollo de la solución garantizando la calidad del producto y un aporte de valor recurrente continuo mediante trabajando liderando un squad que trabaja con una metodología ágil y apoyándose en mecanismos de integración continua.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
- Diseño y desarrollo de soluciones de acceso a mercado para clientes y empleados basados en la integración de nuevos y existentes productos con aplicaciones y servicios de terceros.
- Definición de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, testing automático y despliegue.
- Vocación de diseñar soluciones reutilizables apoyándose en conceptos como webcomponents, atom design, design system.
- Además de desarrollar, debe de colaborar en el diseño técnico de las soluciones para cumplan con el marco de arquitectura de referencia de canales para SCIB.
- Garantizar que el software tiene la calidad necesaria tanto en los mantenimientos como en el software nuevo que se desarrolle.

QUÉ BUSCAMOS

EXPERIENCIA
- +4 años de experiencia en proyectos en sistemas con una arquitectura basada en frontales con aplicaciones SPA (Angular, React o Vue.js) e integración con microservicios (Node.js o Java Spring Boot).

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciatura/grado superior o FP Superior.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Técnicas: Angular 8 o superior, React, Stencil.js, node.
js, Postgresql/Mysql, Cypress.js, PWA.
- Funcionales: conocimientos en canales digitales y experiencia de usuario.
- Nuevas Tecnologías: Webcomponents / Microservicios / Testing automático / Devops / Kubernetes/ Kiuwan.
