At Factorial, we’re looking for a results-driven Partner Sales Account Executive to join our Partnerships Team and help expand our reach through impactful partnerships and co-selling opportunities.

Partnerships is a long-term journey, and building a world-class channel sales ecosystem is our top priority for growth. Our partners, including HR and IT consultants, are crucial to our strategy, introducing Factorial’s solutions to their clients. As a Partner Sales Account Executive, you’ll drive sales success by co-selling, closing deals for and with our partners, and building solid relationships that support mutual growth.
The Role
- Close Deals Independently and with Partners: Lead the sales process, either closing deals alongside partners or directly supporting their success.
- Nurture and Strengthen Partner Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for partners in regards of sales, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to confidently represent Factorial.
- Provide Sales Expertise: Offer consultative support to partners, equipping them with knowledge, resources, and guidance for successful sales.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure partners have up-to-date information and tools for success.
Your Profile
- Experienced in SaaS Sales: Ideally, you have a background in software sales, particularly in SaaS, and understand the dynamics of B2B partnerships.
- Relationship-Oriented: You’re a natural at building trust, communication, and lasting relationships, especially important in sales partnerships.
- Resourceful and Proactive: You anticipate challenges and quickly find solutions, navigating the sales cycle efficiently.
- Goal-Driven and Self-Motivated: You thrive on achieving targets, closing deals, and driving growth through collaborative partnerships.
- Adaptable and Resilient: In a fast-paced environment, you adapt quickly to changes and are comfortable with taking the lead in various selling situations.
- Fluent in German and English: Strong communication skills in both languages to effectively support partners in the DACH region.

At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Account Executive for the Portuguese Market to help us boost the company to the next level. 🦄

The Role 📜
- Solely responsible for managing Sales Qualified deals, and effectively developing the customer experience, throughout the execution of the sales cycle.
- Nurture, map, and leverage strong, influential business relationships with prospects, across various depts.
- Creatively develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota, all Inbound / Outbound specialists welcome!
- Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiating with C-Suite and VP -Level Executives.
- Think creatively and utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
- Provide reliable and accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.
- Effectively position the product and personalize relevance uniquely per customer, throughout the entire sales process.
- Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process, across the whole sales cycle to a point of close.
- Work alongside and oversee the timely transfer of new clients to either Product Expert and/or Customer Experience Teams.
- Be a part of the Portuguese Market Expansion within Factorial, help us to understand the landscape, develop new strategies and establish Factorial, as the leading solution!
- You have a proficient level of Portuguese & professional English.
- Previous Sales Experience (Customer Satisfaction, Project Management, and similar experiences are highly valued).
- Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
- Demonstrate presentation skillset, with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging based on customer insights.
- Social selling proficiency, using LinkedIn and other relevant online tools.
- Must be detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team!
- Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution! (we have a culture of change!)
- Have experience using typical sales tools, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.
- Have experience in Sales/ B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
- Be open to full-cycle, with a clear understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns.
- Understanding of how to implement an efficient qualification methodology that nurtures curiosity, urgency, and intent!
