The Event Planner, Europe is responsible for the execution and coordination of all regional and local events to help deliver results against business objectives and priorities. What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree combined with extensive experience in corporate events management, or related agency experience with a successful track record in event and tradeshow organization, coordination and execution
- Solid experience in matrix organizations and exposure to business operations across multiple European countries
- Ability to develop and execute event strategies aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills to oversee logistical components of regional and local events.
- Collaborative mindset to work with various stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout event planning and management.
- Capacity to evaluate event performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Fluent in English and either German or French, with additional EU language skills being a plus.
- Shape Brand Experiences: Be instrumental in bringing the Avantor brand experience to life through event planning and execution.
- Drive Business Objectives: Contribute to achieving business and corporate objectives by leveraging events as strategic tools.
- Lead with Innovation: Passionate about creating best-in-class brand experiences and keen on continuous improvement to ensure we are leading the trends.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency in event experiences and services offered.
