Join our team as a Junior Customer Operations Specialist in the Business Travel team! In this role, you’ll help improve our customer experience by making sure our clients have a smooth and successful journey with us.
Here's what your daily adventure will look like:
Your daily activities will include managing account setups, adding users, and ensuring our systems integrate well during the onboarding process. You will provide training to clients, helping them understand how to use our platform effectively. Additionally, you’ll create custom reports for clients using tools like Tableau and Google Spreadsheets, continuously seeking ways to make the reporting process more efficient.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- You bring experience in customer operations or related fields, showcasing your budding expertise.
- Your communication skills shine, boasting fluency in English and Spanish.
- You’re not just a problem-solver; you’re an organisational wizard with a knack for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Your talent lies in fostering meaningful client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- In the fast-paced world of customer operations, you thrive, effortlessly adapting to changing priorities and client needs, always staying one step ahead.
- You have analytical skills, able to interpret data and provide actionable insights for clients.
