• Design, develop, test, debug, document, and implement components of the our data platform within an agile team, specifi cally focusingon: Ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Ingestion and transformation pipeline.
• Data quality measures.
• Oracle-based data infrastructure platform.
• Reports and dashboards utilized by internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the implemented data assets, maintaining them in production with a DevOps mindset (you build it, you run it).
• Collaborate closely with the product owner and data architect to meet current and future user needs.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

What you will bring:

• Solid experience as a data engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies and fundamentals, including profi ciency in SQL and data modeling.
• Strong working proficiency with Oracle databases and stored procedures.
• NoSQL Database knowledge like Azure.
• Extensive experience using state-of-the-art data and analytics tools (Snowflake and Oracle-specifi c tools preferred).
• High level in Spanish and English.

* Be a Data expert and have a deep understanding of how the data works; data producers, ELT/ETL process, data consumers, data quality, data architecture, analytics, machine learning, and cloud services.
* Leading the entire Data product lifecycle: product roadmap, maintain frequent communication with different clients to understand business needs and translate these to PRDs, Features and User Stories, Interface with data engineers and QA, finalize the delivery and launch of innovative products.
* Work closely with the rest of the product organizations on new initiatives to facilitate the requirement gathering process early on.
* Contribute to the overall data architecture, including the investigation of data assets, technical platforms, integrations, and processes across functions, documenting the knowledge gathered.
* Be a hands-on product manager involved deeply in the day to day of the data engineering team.
* Oversee implementation and release workflow and deadlines.
* Responsible for the Agile framework (daily’s, sprint planning, retrospective).

*What We´re Looking For* What You’ll Need to Win This Role

* 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner of a data product, working with data & analytics solutions (Data Lake/DWH/ Cloud Service).
* Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry. Sportsbook Data and BI experience would be highly beneficial.
* BA/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or another quantitative field.
* Understanding how the product’s use cases affect data modeling, data infrastructure, and data analytics.
* Working experience with Snowflake, Azure SQL Datawarehouse.
* Prior experience in leading the development of Data products leveraging ELT and Data Streams.
* Excellent communication skills in English and strong problem-solving skills.

• Recopilar y extraer datos de las diferentes fuentes que dispone la empresa (procesadores y otros)
• Alimentar y mantener el modelo de datos de la compañía.
• Identificar los problemas de calidad de los datos, recomendar y aplicar procedimientos de limpieza y validación de datos para garantizar su exactitud y fiabilidad.
• Elaborar diferentes informes cuadros de mando y reportes que proporcionen información significativa y práctica tanto para la compañía como para otras partes interesadas como son sus entidades bancarias, organismos oficiales y reguladores
• Realizar análisis de datos en profundidad utilizando técnicos/as estadísticos/as y herramientas de visualización de datos para la elaboración de informes y reportes y para identificar oportunidades de mejora de procesos.

• Experiencia con las herramientas de visualización de datos y elaboración de informes para presentar datos complejos de forma simplificada y visualmente atractiva.
• Experiencia práctica con herramientas y técnicos/as de análisis de datos, como minería de datos, modelado de datos y análisis estadístico/a.
• Se valorará experiencia demostrada como analista de Business Intelligence o puesto similar, con un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en análisis de datos y elaboración de informes.
• Se valorará experiencia en el negocio de medios de pago y de tarjetas.
• Nivel de inglés equivalente a First.
• Experiencia de trabajo con equipos multifuncionales y partes interesadas a todos los niveles de organización.

Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos, muy en especial Excel (donde se requiere nivel avanzado) y SQL, Python, R u otros lenguajes estadísticos/as y de programación.
Excelente manejo de ofimática en especial Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos en especial QlikView, aunque se valorará también Tableau o Power BI, para crear cuadros de mando interactivos y reportes.
Conocimiento de los conceptos de almacenamiento de datos y familiaridad con las bases de datos relacionales.
Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, con capacidad para pensar de forma crítica y aportar soluciones innovadoras.
Dotes de comunicación con capacidad para transmitir conocimientos complejos
Rigor, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos manteniendo la precisión y la integridad.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar varias tareas y proyectos simultáneamente cumpliendo plazos ajustados.

Contrato temporal con Adecco de 6 meses prorrogables
Jornada completa: 8:00 a 17:00 de lunes a jueves de 8:00 a 15:00 viernes.
1 día de teletrabajo
Salario: en torno a 24K
