Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to join their Project Management Office, based in Marbella, Spain. This role will focus on delivering web-based financial products that align with their business vision. The ideal candidate is an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for agile methodologies, capable of driving successful project delivery while supporting and coaching teams. This position requires a highly organized professional who can collaborate effectively across the business and technology sectors.
Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master will oversee multiple small-to-medium scale projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to deployment. Key responsibilities include facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The role involves working closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product, refine the product backlog, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. Additionally, the role will involve risk management, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative environment to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with a thorough understanding of software development processes.

- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies.

- Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and resource management software.

- Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.

- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and compliance requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

- Experience working in multi-cultural teams, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- European Union legal working status is required.
