Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative products and services.
- Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
- Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed.
- Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high quality software.
As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. You will have the opportunity to influence the evolution of Amazon technology and lead mission critical projects early in your career. Your design, code, and raw smarts will contribute to solving some of the most complex technical challenges in the areas of distributed systems, data mining, automation, optimisation, scalability, and security – just to name a few.
In addition to working on an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship. No matter the location of your internship, we give you the tools to own your project and learn in a real-world setting.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java or Perl
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields at time of application
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
- Experience in optimization mathematics such as linear programming and nonlinear optimization
- Experience with;

We execute with excellence the daily operations in these departments:

- Gestión Logística:

Qualifications
You´re sure to fit in if you like technology and are constantly learning about new developments, as well as having an interest in better understanding the risks faced by the our client. In addition to developing your technical skills, you should also be interested in improving your soft skills.
If you think you´ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we´ll be looking for in your CV:
- Advanced degree in computer science or similar studies, which will allow you to have a solid foundation on which to build your development and contribute to your work.
- Technical knowledge in:
- New technologies: WebFlux, hexagonal architecture react, Spring boot, Openshift.
- Technologies: Java, Oracle DB
- Ability to analyze SW components and able to modify SW in case it is required.
- Good command of IT tools (Jira, Office, Github, Dynatrace).
- Language: High English

• Desarrollar y mantener software de alta calidad, siguiendo principios SOLID.
• Colaborar con el equipo para diseñar soluciones de software que cumplan con los requisitos del negocio.
• Participar en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.
• Analizar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
• Trabajar en un ambiente de trabajo rápido y colaborativo.
• Contribuir en la mejora continua de las prácticas y procesos del equipo.
• Asegurar la calidad del software a través de pruebas y revisiones de código.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico a otros miembros del equipo cuando sea necesario.
• Data Engineer con nivel alto de Java + Kafka y experiencia en streaming.
• Importante compañía tecnológica con base en Sevilla.
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
• Titulación en ingeniería informática, de telecomunicaciones o similar.
• Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de software y manejo de datos.
• Excelentes habilidades de programación.
• Conocimientos sólidos en Java + Kafka, bases de datos y tecnologías de big data.
• Experiencia con Docker y Spark.
• Imprescindible aportar experiencia en proyectos de streaming o tiempo real.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo y colaborativo.
• Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
