As a Social Media Manager, you will join our Social Media department within a senior role reporting directly to the Head of Social. For this position we need a hands-on and out-of-the-box profile. In addition, you will have to manage a small team of people and liaise with many departments and accounts of both the client and our own agency.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day management of the Social Media projects under his responsibility, both in terms of, use of client tools, advice on paid and creative reports, listening community management...
• Delivery of group and brand strategies to implement them on the channels.
• Creation and implementation of own strategies in organic and paid.
• Planning, development, programming and content management for social channels.
• Team management for the implementation of campaigns, day-to-day content, monitoring, client management, etc.
• Preparation of reports on the social media performance of the accounts under his/her responsibility, as well as competition reports, benchmarking, etc.
• Incident management and customer care.
• Management with international social media departments and client to move forward with calendars and campaigns.
• Trend analysis and studies for the extraction of insights that may be valuable, both for clients and for the department or agency.
  
  

Cualificaciones

• Professional level of English (B2), something that allows you to communicate quickly with international stakeholders. Other languages (Italian or French are much more than a plus). These will be assessed at interview by the Talent Team
• Knowledge of Social Media analytics and its implication with the rest of the digital assets of a brand.
• High technical knowledge of platforms, connection of digital assets, and use of social media publishing tools (Sprinklr) or listening.
• Professional brackground related to digital, ability to give a step forward to the challenges that may arise.
• Strategic vision on social networks and digital communication in general.
