We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Luxury Finca Innkeeper or Innkeeper couple to execute the maintenance and housekeeping at an exclusive estate in Valldemossa. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a role with autonomy, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a small but dedicated team.

• Property Maintenance & Upkeep: Execute all relevant maintenance works the general upkeep of the villa, ensuring it remains in pristine condition year-round. Ensure routine maintenance works are executed in a timely manner to prevent deterioration of house fabric and equipment.
• Housekeeping: Maintain the villa to the highest luxury standards – meticulous cleaning, laundry, and overall home care.
• Gardening & Landscaping: Maintain and enhance the expansive gardens, ensuring the beauty and sustainability of the outdoor spaces.
• General Repairs: Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, equipment, and structural maintenance, including painting, emergency repairs, and safety inspections.
• Irrigation & Groundskeeping: Ensure the proper functioning of irrigation systems, lawn care, and upkeep of all outdoor areas.
• Security & Safety: Perform routine safety inspections and address any risks or concerns proactively.
• Flexibility & Problem-Solving: Be adaptable and proactive in handling unforeseen issues, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with external service providers when necessary for specialized maintenance or repairs.
• Guest Services: Provide a warm, professional, and discreet service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless stay.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, villa management, estate maintenance, or a similar role.
• Strong skills in gardening, landscaping, general maintenance, and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
• A problem solver with a hands-on, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
• Comfortable working autonomously while being a team player when required.
• Experience dealing with international clientele and different cultures.
• Good English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
• A passion for creating and maintaining an exceptional living environment.
• Drivers license & own car
