Responsabilities:

  • Live our vision, values and beliefs every day
  • Represent the company brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
  • Stay informed and familiar with all products and services offered
  • Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
  • Greet and welcome all clients ensuring they are properly advised on the collections
  • Guide and attend clients with a high customer service standard
  • Fulfil store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner, whilst building strong relationships with clients
  • Gather and collate clients' CRM details in order to build the client book, follow-up with clients and maintain relationships.
  • Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Sandon's visual merchandising guidelines
  • Follow procedures and respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior
  • POS (Point of sales) transactions


Requirements:

  • Experience in a high-end interior design showroom is a plus
  • Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented
  • Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with current technology software, iPads, Mac, PC
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish English, other languages is a plus
