You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage the relationship with customers regarding their new demands (projects, system enhancement requests & incidents etc.)
- Capture and analyse new demands and ensure structured and high quality of demand’s scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation.
- Lead HR topics with strong focus on IT strategy & transformation, end-2-end processes and integrations.
- Coordination/management of global landscape and identify cross-topic dependencies.
- Collaborate/define/implement complex HR-IT landscape carve-in/carve-out scenarios.
- Coordination/management of integrations with non-SAP/ Cloud based SaaS solutions i.e. Workday.
- Consult HR and support functions in the optimisation and harmonisation of business processes.
- Handle local activities to support HR with integrating solutions into the Siemens IT landscape including cybersecurity
- A passion for customer focus and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
- Significant experience in IT systems and HR.
- Background in system integrations, preferably in HR-related systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multi demands/ projects simultaneously
- Experience and motivation to work in an international set up.
- Communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
- Teamwork with a bias towards virtual collaboration
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in projects or willingness to step into project management responsibilities is essential.
