In most concepts, we partner with co-entrepreneurs who manage daily operations, while we invest and support in strategy, branding, and expansion.

Currently, our hospitality group is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a junior hospitality talent who wants to help us grow.

Your role

As a Junior Hospitality Manager, you'll be supporting and developing hospitality concepts primarily in Valencia, while also providing remote assistance to our hospitality locations in the Netherlands. You'll assist in daily operations, branding, and strategic growth of our international hospitality portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an entrepreneurial environment and build your hospitality career.

What you’ll do

✅ Support and help grow our hospitality portfolio in Valencia, and provide remote operational and strategic support to our locations in the Netherlands.

✅ Help monitor operational and financial performance of our hospitality businesses and ensure the right entrepreneurs are positioned for success.

✅ Assist in developing the overall branding, Instagram page, and website for YOUNG Hospitality.

✅ Help identify new hospitality opportunities in Valencia, the Netherlands, and beyond.

✅ Collaborate closely with co-entrepreneurs, ensuring smooth operations at all locations.

✅ Support in recruitment and team-building as the group expands.

✅ Assist with reporting and performance analysis of hospitality businesses.
