Seleccionamos PROFESORES Y PROFESORAS con nivel MUY ALTO de inglés para ampliar equipo en Kids&Us en SANT ANDREU DE LA BARCA.

Tus principales tareas serán:

· Preparar e impartir tus clases.

· Llevar a cabo un seguimiento de los alumnos (asistencia, seguimiento semanal y tutorías con padres).

· Realizar informes trimestrales de todos los alumnos al final de cada trimestre. (3 veces al curso)

· Formaciones presenciales y online para asegurar la excelencia en tu trabajo y para darte soporte

· Motivar a los alumnos hacia el aprendizaje del idioma.

· Asistir y participar a las reuniones mensuales de equipo, así como asistir a las reuniones internas con Coordinación y Dirección del Centro.

OFERTA PUESTO EN ACADEMIA DE PROFESOR/A INGLÉS

Profesores bilingües o nativos que durante sus horas en la academia se expresen 100% en Inglés, cuiden el material y participen activamente junto con al equipo directivo y de coordinación académica. Se tendrá en cuenta la formación académica, cursillos, formación universitaria en Educación Infantil o Primaria, Grado en Filología Inglesa, Traducción e Interpretación, PIMM u otros estudios universitarios con un nivel de inglés de PROFICIENCY o EQUIVALENTE.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

Impartir lecciones en inglés (actualmente, alumnos entre 1 y 17 años de edad)

Seguimiento diario de los alumnos (follow-up) al acabar cada lesson: motivación, participación, comportamiento y aprendizaje junto con sus correspontientes notas adicionales.

Elaboración de informes y, en su caso, corrección de los mismos. IMPRESCINDIBLE tener conocimientos gramaticales en español y cuidado de la ortografía.

SE BUSCA:

Persona involucrada en acciones de fidelización, notoriedad, etc. y con el equipo de trabajadores.

Responsable en el cumplimiento de sus tareas (preparación de las clases, formación, puntualidad, etc.).

Docente con carácter (control de aula), empático, respetuoso, sociable y, sobre todo, le apasione el alumnado de 1 a 18 años y la enseñanza del inglés.

OFRECEMOS EL SIGUIENTE PUESTO:

Formaciones iniciales y continuadas en la metodología que tenemos implantada para incorporarse más adelante, a partir de que las tengan realizadas, en esta empresa joven, dinámica y de reconocido prestigio en el ámbito educativo.

El horario (a determinar con exactitud) generalmente es de tardes, y, normalmente, dedicando 1 hora a la preparación de la clases en la academia y 2-3 horas a impartir las clases al/los grupos de alumnos correspondientes acabando a las 19:30/20:30 de la tarde aprox. a ir ampliando con clases a medio día.

CONDICIONES SALARIALES:

Somos una escuela a partir de 1 año y la entrevista es para cubrir un puesto vacante para incorporarse de forma inmediata hasta 22 de junio 2026 siguiendo el curso escolar con posibilidad de continuidad para el próximo curso. Con categoría profesor titular siguiendo el Convenido De Educación No Reglada. Además del salario mensual, pueden añadirse incentivos por la participación en actividades extras de los sábados o semanas de navidades, pascuas y verano.
