Job Description
As a DevOps & Development Expert you are taking part in the next phase of our tooling harmonization initiative, to provide the best services towards our development teams and to improve the adoption of standard tools throughout the organization.
You work closely with several stakeholders, product owners, system architects and developer teams. Together with them, you will shape the tooling and processes for developing high quality and secure software assets.
Our Development Platform Center of Excellence is responsible for providing the development tool chain, application scaffolders and test automation standards to simplify and standardize development activities across all teams.
We are building a state-of-the-art e-platform to share development experience in different teams between countries and branches as well as harmonizing our extensive development platform.
Responsibilities/Tasks
• Develops CI/CD solutions for the services developed and operated by the team
• Develops IaC based solutions for creating and maintaining the infrastructure of the services operated by the team
• Supports customers in the onboarding process and regular usage of these services
• Monitors the operating environment of these services and responds to incidents
• Participates actively in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, and/or other knowledge exchanges.
Qualifications
Professional with expertise in
1. State-of-the-art CI/CD best practices, experience with setting up and maintaining build and deployment pipelines
2. CD technologies, especially geared towards Kubernetes and public cloud, especially ArgoCD and Helm
3. Container and container orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker
4. Cloud platforms, including AWS (Must) and Azure (optional)
5. Infrastructure as Code technologies, especially Terraform and Crossplane
6. Software development and scripting languages, to provide automation and self-service tooling
7. Various automation frameworks, regarding build, test, integration and deployment, including Jenkins automation server and GitHub Actions
8. Git, especially GitHub

Your Key Responsibilities

What The Data Management Department Does At Worldwide
Our Data Management team is an ever-growing and collaborative group of diverse individuals with wide-ranging experience within the industry. What You Will Do
- Assist the Data Manager in all data cleaning activities.
- Assist the Data Manager with the preparation of trial documentation.
- Perform verification and User Acceptance Testing of configured databases.

- Assist the Data Manager with the reconciliation of data from external sources (e.g. Serious Adverse Events, IVRS, Central Laboratory).
- Responsible for the registration of users into the EDC/CTMS system, performing system demonstrations if required.
- Assist with the maintenance of procedure logs, coding schemes, input notes and Data Entry Manuals. the arrival and logging of data sheets using in-house software and data entry systems.
- Conduct components of Database Quality Assessments on the clinical databases as requested by the Data Manager.
- Establish and/or maintain correspondence files with participating centres.
- Archiving of trial documentation and (e)CRFs.
- The job holder must be computer literate and numerate with a willingness to adapt to various computer systems.
- It is essential that the job holder works with close attention to detail and is questioning about the validity of the data being entered and has an ability to phrase data queries in an understandable and impartial manner.
- To have the ability to train new staff and to monitor their performance.

- Dar soporte en la coordinación con todos los actores implicados en estos procesos para asegurar la calidad de los datos, la consecución de los timmings marcados y la ejecución de la creación de los códigos en SAP.

- Has estudiado un grado en Administración de Empresas, o similar, y tienes interés por los datos.
- Tienes nivel avanzado en Excel
- Eres una persona orientada al detalle, con facilidad para relacionar conceptos y procesos y con capacidad para poder comunicar con otros departamentos
- Dominas el inglés (mínimo B2).
