You will be joining us as a Lead Game Producer for one of our top global mobile games.
Reporting to the Executive Producer, you would be joining a multi-cultural, fast-paced and mature Live Games business unit.

You will be responsible for delivering on time by building a close cross functional collaboration. As well as mentoring, coaching and managing 2 other producers.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning and managing Aristocrat’s Class III Slot product portfolio the EMEA and LATAM regions. This position has direct accountability for execution of new product/market initiatives related to the division’s strategic goals. This role will lead new product/market evaluation, assessing product feasibility and commercial viability, and executing a commercial strategy to capitalize on market opportunities that grow revenue, share, and profits.

*What You´ll Do*
• Implement a clear product vision and strategy that helps drive the Aristocrat Class III slot product portfolio and support the EMEA and LATAM business goals
• Responsible for developing, defining, and overseeing the product roadmap and managing it efficiently to deliver products on time
• Work closely with the game development studios to design the best games and provide input on future games, owning the GPAs (Game Product Agreements)

Estamos lanzando un nuevo proyecto digital basado en la creación e interacción de rankings de cualquier temática. Ej. "Cuál es la mejor hamburguesa de Madrid?" "Cuál es el mejor móvil del año?" "Cuál ha sido el mejor jugador de baloncesto de la historia?" "Qué outfit le queda mejor a esta influencer?" Como veréis el número de posibles rankings es virtualmente infinito.

Pero lo más importante es que tiene una capa de socialización y engagement potente. Y por encima un sistema de recompensas basadas en la gamificación del usuario donde se incluyen misiones, daily tasks, etc. En definitiva, el usuario recibe recompensas por interactuar con el contenido (creando rankings, votando, comentando, dando regalos...) y por completar las tareas que generan más puntos.

Como es un proyecto nuevo es una oportunidad estupenda por la libertad y variedad que supone. La prioridad es tener la mayor fortaleza en producto, UX/UI. The Ranking vivirá en web y mobile, por lo que es ideal tener esa doble visión.
Aunque producto sea lo fundamental, adicionalmente haremos cualquier tarea que se requiera de diseño (apoyo a marketing, campañas de rrss, etc etc). Seremos un equipo compacto y pequeño, y por supuesto llevaremos un orden y un seguimiento agile en Notion, pero no habrán los tediosos procesos de las grandes corporaciones. Buscamos más naturalidad y cercanía en el trabajo. El día a día será mano a mano con todo el equipo (los founders, marketing y diseño fundamentalmente).

Aparte del talento creativo buscamos dinamismo, proactividad y solución de problemas.

El trabajo es presencial en la Torre Emperador, en la última planta. Aunque tendremos nuestro espacio es una oficina muy espaciada y cómoda en la que compartimos la planta con otras dos empresas digitales. Y con unas vistas absolutamente espectaculares.

Sería un contrato indefinido, 12 pagas y full-time igual que el resto del equipo.
