This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Assistant at FIRST MALLORCA in Palma. The Team Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales and rental agents in day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing schedules, managing client communication, and providing general office support to ensure smooth operations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in customer service or administrative support
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
