What You'll do:

  • As part of our Global HR team, the People and Leadership development Manager will be responsible for:
  • Organizing and Leading cross-national skill development programs,
  • Designing and implementing global talent development programs that contribute to the growth of employees and the success of the company,
  • Developing and implementing leadership training and other training programs,
  • Developing innovative learning concepts to strengthen digital, social and continuous learning,
  • Conducting regular analyses to identify global and local learning needs,
  • Operational management of the global training and development program
  • Consulting and supporting local HR business partners to identify training and development needs,
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs to analyze your global training and learning programs,
  • Overseeing budget and expenses for global training offerings.


What You'll Bring:

  • University degree in personnel management, organizational psychology, business administration or a related field,
  • Several years of experience in designing and delivering international learning and development programs content,
  • Confident manner and experience in target group-oriented communication across all hierarchical levels,
  • Strong in stakeholder management,
  • Highly experienced in learning innovation in the areas of digital learning, face-to-face teaching, e-learning, coaching and blended learning and engagement solutions,
  • Preferably experience with learning management systems - SuccessFactors Learning®,
  • Solid skills and experience in project management, preferably in a global context
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (business level), other languages desirable.

This is a global role and it may require travel activity around 20% of your time. It is hybrid, based in Madrid and no relocation assistant is planned to be provided.
