Descripción del empleo
Buscamos un Consultor de Finanzas con experiencia contrastada en controlling de proyectos industriales y análisis financiero, para colaborar en proyectos del sector aeronautico. El candidato ideal combina una sólida base técnica en control financiero con la capacidad de entender el negocio y apoyar la toma de decisiones dentro de un entorno corporativo internacional.
Responsabilidades principales
- Gestionar el control económico-financiero de proyectos: presupuestos, seguimiento de costes, márgenes y forecast.
- Preparar y analizar los informes de seguimiento económico (OPEX / CAPEX / cash-flow) para la dirección del proyecto y headquarters.
- Identificar y explicar desviaciones presupuestarias, proponiendo acciones correctivas.
- Participar activamente en los cierres mensuales y anuales, asegurando la integridad de la información.
- Coordinarse con áreas de operaciones, ingeniería, compras y controlling industrial.
- Mantener la alineación con las políticas financieras y procedimientos de Airbus.
- Contribuir a la mejora de procesos financieros y de reporting.
- Experiencia: Entre 2 y 5 años en controlling financiero, controlling de proyectos o finanzas industriales.
- Experiencia previa en entornos industriales complejos (aeroespacial, automoción, defensa o ingeniería).
- Dominio de SAP CO, PS y FI
- Excel avanzado (modelos financieros, macros, tablas dinámicas).
- Conocimiento de Power BI, Tableau o herramientas similares, valorable.
- Idiomas: Inglés fluido (mínimo B2+, ideal C1). Francés y/o Alemán, valorables.

En el equipo Implementararás soluciones de analítica avanzada mediante técnicas y algoritmos de Machine Learning, Deep Learning, IA Generativa, entre otros. Utiliza tanto algoritmos clásicos de Data Science como soluciones basadas en Large Language Models (LLMs) y IA Agéntica, adaptando las tecnologías emergentes a los problemas específicos. Posee amplios conocimientos técnicos en Data Science, con orientación clara a negocio, innovación y capacidad de testar y adaptar nuevas tecnologías de IA en el mercado.
Principales Actividades / Responsabilidades
- Diseño de soluciones: Recoger requisitos de negocio y proponer soluciones de IA tradicionales, GenAI y AgenticAI, evaluando la viabilidad mediante el desarrollo de pruebas de concepto (POCs).
- Preparación de datos: Definir requisitos de datos, etiquetarlos, limpiarlos y realizar análisis exploratorios para preparar los datos previos a la modelización.
- Modelización: Entrenar modelos de ML sobre datos estructurados y no estructurados, utilizar algoritmos de IA generativa según corresponda, desarrollar AgenticAI para su integración en el ecosistema tecnológico de la compañía, definir métricas de rendimiento y criterios GO/NO GO.
- Monitorización de resultados: Crear dashboards en Power BI para el seguimiento de soluciones y apoyar a los equipos internos y de negocio.
- Comunicación: Transmitir de forma clara y sencilla las soluciones técnicas a los equipos de negocio, posicionándose como partner en el desarrollo de soluciones IA.
Formación:
- Licenciado/a en Estadística, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar (imprescindible).
- Programación en Python y Spark, deseable SQL y Scala.
- Modelado de ML, DL y LLM.
- Conocimiento en AgenticAI.
- Experiencia en entornos Azure y arquitecturas como Databricks.
- Experiencia previa en el sector asegurador será valorada.
- Mínimo 3 años en posiciones similares como Data Scientist.
- Experiencia en análisis y desarrollo de soluciones IA.
- Inglés: Alto (imprescindible).

Our Solution Architecture team plays a pivotal role in our mission to deliver unparalleled solutions to our clients. They lead the way in crafting technical designs and providing expert guidance for all customer implementations.
A Solution Architect role at Quantexa is extremely wide ranging which we think is what makes it such an interesting and enjoyable position. You will engage in a multitude of customer projects, collaborating closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Be Doing.
Our Solution Architects play a crucial role in securing the success of our customer delivery projects. You'll be responsible for the whole technical solution and its quality throughout customer implementations, this includes:
- Producing creative solution and environment designs to meet complex competing requirements
- Serving as the go-to person for challenging technical situations and using your problem-solving skills, technical knowledge and bigger picture view to solve them
- Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers to help them make the right decisions and get the most value out of their Quantexa implementation
- Using your knowledge and experience to make improvements to business-wide best practices
You'll be working across multiple customer projects at any given time with the autonomy to prioritise your workload as you see fit, to maximise the value that our customers get from their Quantexa platform.

Requirements
What you'll bring.
- A determination to build systems which maximise customer value
- Extensive experience in hands-on technical deliveries, with a proven track record of leading technical teams through the end-to-end process, from initial design to successful implementation of production systems.
- Excellent technical skills including hands-on coding experience of at least one of the following Spark, Scala, Java or production grade Python and comprehensive grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, encompassing proficiency in unit testing, version control using Git, and the establishment of engineering best practices.
- Proven expertise in technical and solution design, encompassing the development of systems tailored to address complex data focussed functional requirements and non-functional requirements such as performance, maintainability, security, and seamless systems integration.
- Extensive experience in working with data and successfully navigating common challenges, including data quality assurance, updates, adaptability to data structure changes, and effective rollback strategies.
