- Define the project governance arrangements together with the project owner and sponsors and lead the projects teams to successful work execution using different Project Management techniques.
- Manage and monitor the project scope, its requirements, deliverables, timescales and benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Manage the project’s budget together with finance, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the project progresses.
- Plan and maintain project schedules and proactively initiate corrective actions when needed and regularly report on project status.
- Ensure there is allocation of common resources and skills for the project and apply agile ways of working to the projects where suitable.
- Ensure effective quality assurance for the deliverables, mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Make the arrangement for project documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met, whilst suggesting strategies to achieve the project goals.
- Proficient in project management, utilising a diverse range of methodologies.
- Agile methodology knowledge and experience.
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying compelling goals and objectives. Fluent in both written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Expert in stakeholder management, with strong relationship-building, networking, and facilitation skills across the organization and the Group.
- Culturally intelligent, fostering teamwork and positively influencing international colleagues towards business change.
- Previous experience working with tech teams/within tech environments.
- Experience in digital transformation processes and a strong technical background is required.
