Job Description:

Position Overview: The Logistics Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, manage contracts with service providers, and lead a team of four. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and procurement, with a strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Role:

• Manage assigned suppliers
• Send Purchase orders according to production plan
• follow deliveries
• Avoid lack of stock and over stock

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience in high volume automotive industrial environment and assembly lines' supply department
• Demonstrable Supply Chain experience
• Management of outsourcing process
