As Trainer & Merchandiser you will be responsible for training and demonstrating Bugaboo products at selected Spain accounts and El Corte Ingles stores and ensuring a strong image for our SISs.
You are part of the South Europe Sales team (8 people).
What will you do
- Drive the brand on a daily basis, in order to grow the Bugaboo business, the Bugaboo brand and our competitive position (consistent with Bugaboo’s overall mission, vision and long term objectives).
- Ensure up-to-date product knowledge and provide in-depth training on Bugaboo products to the sales staff at our Spain retailers in a commercial manner.
- Plan and execute demos for special events and training webinars (1-2 times a month also on a Saturday)
- For new product launches, inform your colleagues in the Sales team about the new product USPs and available POS materials and provide them with product training;
- You will be responsible for the total store experience, from where we are located, to maintaining POS and creating advocacy in store staff members with the Bugaboo story.
- Work together with internal Bugaboo teams on analyzing store performance, developing new strategies, and implementing performance improvement plans where necessary.
- You will update Salesforce data with images and insights from shops;
- You will ensure that the Bugaboo portfolio (strollers, accessories and other (new) categories) and Bugaboo brand identity are kept up-to-date in key Spain shops.
What you will bring to the table
You have knowledge of assortment planning and you are familiar with visual merchandising and product presentation.
You have retail experience and the willingness to travel (a valid driver’s license is needed for this role). You are good in relationship management and have a can-do mindset.
You are a native Spanish speaker as your customers are based in Spain. You also have enough English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company. (B2 level or higher)
With your analytical mindset, negotiation skills and strong communication skills, you are the driving force behind shop success and customer smiles. You’ve knowledge of working with Excel and PowerPoint.
