En DACHSER Spain Air & Sea, buscamos incorporar un/a Especialista Administrativo/a en el departamento de Administración en nuestra oficina de Valencia para seguir fortaleciendo nuestra red global.

¿Cuál será tu misión?
- Gestionar y supervisar la documentación administrativa relacionada con transporte y logística internacional.
- Control y seguimiento de facturación, cobros y pagos.
- Coordinación con otros departamentos (operaciones, comercial, finanzas) para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procesos.
- Atención y resolución de consultas administrativas de clientes y proveedores.
- Actualización de datos en sistemas internos y herramientas corporativas SAP.
- Elaboración de informes y reportes para la dirección.
Requisitos:
- Grado Universitario ADE o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto administrativo, preferiblemente en el sector logístico.
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas SAP.
- Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1).
- Capacidad organizativa, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados.
- Proactividad y capacidad para adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.
