Clinical Equipment Specialist - DS
For our sales team, we are looking for a Clinical Equipment Specialist based in Valencia or Alicante. This role will be responsible for conducting sales activities and providing training to both DS Ambassadors and the distributors' sales network. The Specialist will follow up on sales, installations, and repairs, working closely with the installation coordinators to ensure excellence in after-sales service.
Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth technical knowledge of the product line they operate in and maintain a good understanding of competitors' products/solutions and their promotions.
- Drive sales of assigned solutions among the customers of Ambassadors in their territory and the distributor sales representatives they collaborate with.
- Plan activities with Ambassadors and distributors to provide technical support for ongoing opportunities.
- Report cross-selling opportunities to Ambassadors within their customer portfolio.
- Travel to training locations, both nationally and internationally, as required, to gain deep and continuous knowledge of their specialized solutions.
- Deliver tailored training sessions requested by Ambassadors and distributors.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer treatments by providing training on the use of our portfolio.
- Keep the CRM updated through consistent and effective use.
- Provide technical support at training or commercial events as requested.
- Support the organization in adapting to market transitions.
- Experience in sales, with knowledge of the sector being a plus.
- University education is valued, particularly in technical-healthcare or health sciences fields.
- Intermediate level of English required.
- High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
- Strong teaching and training capabilities.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
